Support for stress and burnout is highly individualised and may include:

  • Assessment of stressors and burnout patterns to understand triggers, responses and their impact on life and relationships
  • Developing practical coping strategies for managing overwhelm, anxiety, and fatigue
  • Emotional regulation skills to reduce reactive stress responses and improve calmness and focus
  • Time, energy and boundary management to prioritise tasks, delegate effectively and protect personal resources
  • Cognitive restructuring to challenge unhelpful thought patterns and self-criticism (CBT-informed)
  • Values and goal clarification to reconnect with meaningful priorities and motivation (ACT-informed)
  • Relationship and workplace strategies to improve communication, negotiate support and reduce relational stress
  • Self-care, resilience and recovery planning to prevent relapse and maintain long-term wellbeing

Therapy is collaborative, strengths-based and paced according to individual readiness, focusing on restoring energy, clarity and a sense of control. Interventions are delivered in a trauma-informed, client-centred framework that supports sustainable change, personal insight and long-term resilience.
