Depression & Anxiety Support
Depression and anxiety can affect mood, motivation, thinking patterns, relationships, and overall quality of life. They may present as persistent worry, low mood, emotional numbness, fatigue, irritability, sleep disturbance, or a sense of being overwhelmed or disconnected.
Treatment is tailored to the individual and may include cognitive and behavioural strategies, emotional regulation skills, nervous system stabilisation, and insight-oriented work to address underlying patterns maintaining distress. Therapy is collaborative, practical, and paced to support sustainable progress.
Support is available for individuals experiencing generalised anxiety, panic, social anxiety, stress-related difficulties, adjustment challenges, and depressive symptoms across the lifespan. Where appropriate, therapy may also focus on relapse prevention, resilience building, and strengthening adaptive coping skills to support long-term wellbeing.
