Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is an evidence-informed approach that blends hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioural techniques, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to help individuals identify and resolve the root causes of emotional, behavioural, or physical challenges. RTT works with the subconscious mind to uncover limiting beliefs, reframe unhelpful patterns, and promote lasting change.
RTT can support a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, low confidence, self-sabotaging behaviours, stress, and phobias. The therapy is structured, personalised, and goal-oriented, providing insight, resolution, and practical tools to reinforce positive change. Sessions are delivered in a safe, supportive, and client-centred environment, with a focus on empowerment, resilience, and sustainable results.
RTT is applied selectively within a formulation-driven treatment plan and does not replace evidence-based psychological, medical, or psychiatric care.
