Child & Adolescent Psychology
Child and adolescent psychology provides age-appropriate psychological support for young people experiencing emotional, behavioural, or developmental challenges. Childhood and adolescence are periods of significant emotional, social, and neurological development, and difficulties during these stages can show up in many different ways.
Children and adolescents may struggle with anxiety, emotional regulation, confidence, friendships, school stress, behavioural challenges, or adjustment to family or life changes. Therapy provides a safe, supportive space for young people to explore their feelings, develop emotional awareness, and build coping skills in a way that is suited to their developmental stage.
